  For the Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - ½ cup heavy cream (adjust for desired consistency) 
  For Garnish: 
- Dark chocolate shavings or chocolate curls (optional) 
- Additional chocolate chips
Instructions :
1. Prepare the Cake: - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans. - In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. - Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes. - Stir in the boiling water (the batter will be thin).
