Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons flour (40 grams)
- 4 tablespoons condensed milk (50 grams)
- 1 onion (50 – 100 grams)
- 1,000 grams large potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- Freshly ground white pepper
- 250 milliliters oil for frying

Instructions:
- Begin by peeling the potatoes. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry. Grate them into a bowl using the coarse side of a grater.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and condensed milk. Grate the onion and add it to the mixture along with the eggs, then mix thoroughly.
- Drain the grated potatoes to remove excess water. Combine the flour mixture with the potato mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Gradually heat the oil in a large pan until very hot. Spoon the potato mixture into the pan, shaping them into pancakes, and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan, drain excess fat, and arrange them side by side (not stacked). Serve hot.
