In every salad, broccoli and cauliflower are two vegetables that complement each other perfectly. Add onion, cheese, a touch of bacon, and a flavorful vinaigrette to bring everything together, and you’ve got yourself a delicious salad. For our needs, I’ve halved the recipe, but here are the ingredients for the full version. This salad truly is a culinary delight.
For 4-5 servings
Ingredients:
- Salad:
- 4 cups (390 grams) cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 4 cups (300 grams) broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 1/4 cups (176 grams) diced yellow Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (80 grams) diced red onion
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup (180 milliliters) 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt

Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
