Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 pairs of frankfurters
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 260 grams of risotto rice
- 130 grams of frozen peas
- 700 milliliters of soup
- Curry
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the onion and red bell pepper into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced frankfurters until lightly browned. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan with the remaining drippings, sauté the diced bell pepper followed by the onion and rice. Press the garlic into the pan using a garlic press, and season with salt and pepper.
- Return the sautéed frankfurters to the pan. Gradually add the soup, stirring often, and adding more as needed to keep the rice moist. Stir in the frozen peas about 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
- Finally, season the colorful rice pan with curry according to your taste preference, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
