INGREDIENTS:
- 250 grams mascarpone
- 250 grams quark (curd cheese)
- 250 grams whipped cream
- 80 grams sugar
- 2 packets of cream puffs, filled (approximately 600 grams)
- 500 grams cherries
- Cocoa powder
PREPARATION:
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone, quark, and sugar until well combined.
- Brush a dish measuring approximately 25×20 cm with one-third of the prepared cream mixture.
- Arrange the cream puffs tightly over the cream layer in the dish.
- Spread the cherries (preferably soaked in liqueur) over the cream puffs.
- Cover the cherries with the remaining cream mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate the dish until set.
